|Recommended: NoUnsatisfied — I moved in August 1st at 4 00 p.m. I was told that the apartment was clean no it wasn't the cleaning crew just got there at 4 00 so the apartment wasn't cleaned until 6 30 p.m. I started moving in at 6 30 p.m. I got done at 10 30 found out that there is no hot water, the AC unit doesn't blow out cold air, and my bathroom sink the water doesn't even come out.
|Recommended: YesWell, let me start out with saying I was going to move from these apartments, but we are under new management now and she is doing a wonderful job. The grounds are staying clean the apartment hallways are staying clean and if you have any problems at all you can go and she will be there or you can talk to you and discuss whatever it is so I would just like to say that I would recommend the Pregnant apartments.

|Recommended: NoHonest review — Preakness was advertised as a clean, nice neighborhood with well maintained and beautiful apartments. The first day of moving in, there were multiple cosmetic and functional issues with the apartment itself from collapsed baseboards under the sinks, one of the sinks not working, holes where outlets were meant to go, cockroaches startlingly common, the door having trouble closing all the way, among other issues. This wasn't the end though, as the pipes in our bathroom walls and ceiling began spouting leaks from multiple spots whenever our neighbors upstairs took a shower. The cockroach issue keeps getting worse because all they do is spray the floors a bit and leave. There are holes in the exterior walls and awnings that allows animals to get into the walls and ceiling spaces, and it has resulted in us being awoken at night to the sounds of these animals clawing at the material or screaming.
Maintenance will often take weeks or months to respond to issues, and when they finally do it results in them leaving jobs half finished. They came in about the leak issue before, said it was fixed, and left a big hole in the ceiling above the shower head saying they would come and fix that later.
The experience has been unpleasant, and for the price of almost 1000 it is far from worth suffering.
